Asia Evolution Tour Co., Ltd., Thailand, is responsible for the personal information it processes when handling your enquiries and arranging travel services.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, travel dates, destination preferences and information included in your enquiry. We may also receive details from a travel agent arranging services on your behalf.

For a booking, we may need traveller names, booking and payment records, and identification details required by the relevant travel providers. Please do not send passport copies or sensitive information unless requested. Where sensitive information is needed, we will explain its purpose and request consent where required.

How we use your information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and manage bookings, communicate about travel services and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.

Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing is based on steps you request before a booking, performance of our agreement, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as responding to enquiries and protecting our business. Where consent is required, we request it separately. Without information necessary for a quotation or booking, we may be unable to provide the requested service.

Enquiries and email

The current website form opens a draft in your own email application. Your enquiry is sent to us only when you send that email. We manage incoming enquiries through Gmail.

Sharing and international processing

Where necessary to arrange your journey, we share relevant information with hotels, transport providers, guides, local travel partners and other suppliers involved in your booking. We also use providers for email, website hosting and business administration. Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Our company operates in Thailand. Travel arrangements may involve suppliers in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia or Sri Lanka, depending on your itinerary. Technology providers may process information in other countries. Contact us for information about the recipients and international processing relevant to your enquiry or booking.

How long we keep information

Personal information from enquiries that do not result in a booking is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days after the enquiry has been closed. This includes identifying details in message text and attachments. General travel preferences may be retained only in a form that no longer identifies an individual.

Booking and accounting records are subject to separate retention periods. They are retained for as long as needed to manage the booking, meet applicable legal record-keeping requirements and handle related claims or disputes. The 30-day enquiry rule does not apply to these records. Contact us for the retention period relevant to your booking.

Website services

This website uses external hosting to deliver its pages, images and video. Hosting services may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery and security.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which connects your browser to Google’s servers. Our own website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies or include analytics or advertising trackers. This statement does not cover cookies or technical records managed separately by the hosting platform or your email provider.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may also have the right to object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
